interesting that this was a German cohort and the high amount of SEs for topamax; also, listed was maximum dose of topiramate being 50-100mg/day; I have had patients on higher doses and even used trokendi XR which has a lot less SEs than regular topamax; would like to see a study with US cohorts and even using trokendi xr or other atypical anti-seizure meds like valproic acid and keppra to name a few
