Conclusions/Relevance: These findings provide new insight into the immunopathology of MG, demonstrating that single autoreactive clones can efficiently mediate multiple modes of pathology. Current therapeutic approaches targeting only one autoantibody-mediated pathogenic mechanism may be evaded by autoantibodies with multifaceted capacity.
