Huma Sheikh, CEO, NY Neurology Medicine, PC5yrI wonder what these WMH really mean, it is interesting that there are no WMH in those without migraine. There has to be an underlying etiology that those with migraine have these while those without migraine do not, it has to have a significance I worry, it is related to vascular disease.
