The cGRP inhibitors have been a game-changer in migraine prevention and I have thought about cGRP inhibitors more and more as first line especially given the now 5 years of safety data for erenumab-aooe. As the cGRP inhibitor market has grown with several that can be used for migraine prevention, I am developing a sense of which to use with whom. For example, I tend to use erenumab-aooe in younger patients with no hx of constipation.
