Objective We aim to systematically assess the clinical characteristics of ocular myasthenia gravis (OMG) and report on the proportion of patients who develop secondary generalised myasthenia gravis (SGMG). Introduction OMG is an autoimmune neuromuscular junction disorder resulting in ptosis and diplopia.
