This study aimed to investigate the role of sex hormones in postmenopausal women with vestibular migraine. This observational study included 242 female patients with vestibular migraine who were postmenopausal during April 2017 to December 2019. Serum levels of sex hormones, including estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, follicle-stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, and prolactin, were determined by radioimmunoassay.
