I use magnesium, 200-400 mg daily, a B-100 Complex 3 days a week , Vitamin D3 2,000 units daily, Tumeric 3 days a week, selenium 3 days a week, and Co-Q-10 3 days a week, and stress increased hydration and less free sugar for ALL neurology patients. So far this strategy has served my patients well. Robert Burger M.D.
